A beautiful peaceful place to stay with welcoming and friendly hosts. Lorraine has added lots of thoughtful details. Fresh flowers and herbs in our room, toiletries and sewing kit. Spotlessly clean with a power shower and quality towels, hairdryer. We will definitely visit again breakfast table and produce delicious and again not in plastic cartons. The thoughtful touches make you feel welcome. Milk and water available in our own fridge. Tea and coffee in the room in glass jars , no plastic. I could go on. Excellent, to the highest standard. My partner and I stayed at The Potting Shed for 3 nights, and ended up staying a extra night, what a wonderful place, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Loraine and Martin have obviously put a lot of love into The Potting Shed and this speaks volumes as soon as you go through the door, spotlessly clean, quality furnishings and quirky decor, all in keeping with the surroundings. The bed was absolutely scrumptious and very comfy. We didn't want for anything, it was so well equipped and attention to detail was second to none. Our Lurcher loved it too, just open the french doors and straight into the lovely garden with her ball, she was in her element. Massive thank you to Loraine and Martin for having us, can't wait to come back.
