I cant begin to explain my experience with this Audi Specialist I contacted them for a few issues with my Audi S4 and was told there was a 4 week wait so I waited. It went into the garage on Monday this week, didnt here a thing off them for 3 days so I called them this morning only to be told that one of the faults an oil leak will have to be booked back in. After 4 weeks waiting to be told that. The other faults he had said are normal, theyre not as my friends S4 doesnt have them and another fault he didnt even check as he didnt write a single thing down when I spoke to him. Ive walked an hour to pick up my car after work in the rain and got in the car and to top it all off the battery is now completely dead. Im now waiting outside a garage that was supposed to fix my car for breakdown assistance. Avoid this company.. To add to this I want to raise the previous reviewers point that my car didnt have any issues with the battery or charge when it went in so it came away from him having done nothing and in a worse state!! Terrible experience
