        Was treated very promptly when I became ill on holiday, and very informative care advice given by Dr Hughes over the phone, to assist me further as I was cutting my trip short to head home. Very much appreciated.....thank you

        Hard to get an appointment, DRs don't call you back, they insist on a phone call appointment even for a physical injury which would be impossible to diagnose over the phone. Also if you phone they have a pointless 6 minute recorded message you have to listen to before they will connect.
