        One Staff member extremely rude! I have only given it one star as I couldnt give the rating no stars. Today I brought a salted caramel ice cream, I always get this flavour as its my favourite. Today to me it tasted like sick. It wasnt edible. Concerned it has gone off I discreetly went to the side of the shop as there was a queue. I spoke to the lady about my concerns and she told me it was fine and they have sold loads and no one else has complained. The way she tested the ice cream was to eat some of it from my cup. As it tasted normal to her she refused me to have a different flavour or my money back. Why would I want it back when she has eaten out of my container. Not only is that unhygienic we are also in a pandemic.
