I visited the store and was served (or not) by a girl card Natalie. As somebody with extensive experience in customer service I was absolutely astonished by the bare minimum of customer service offered during our engagement. Natalie went out of her way to be rude to me, refusing to serve me on the basis ot outdated policy. A very rude member of Staff that could benefit from some training in future
