The product - ethically produced without exploitation of poverty was a fine Gransfors Bruk axe.
Unfortunately, when I told my friends wife the next day that we bought it, we were told it was no longer wanted.
I contacted the store and they were very helpful and understanding. They refunded me immediately.
I would nor hesitate to recommend this store for bothe quality of product and customer services.
Should I get a wood burning fire place I will go straight back to this store and but this beautiful tool..

Order was promptly dispatched via tracked delivery, excellent communication throughout and best price for the item I ordered. Also pleasantly surprised to find a hand made booklet thanking me for my order and detailing their values.
