An impressive property with the Wow factor! Light, spacious, warm and clean with ample parking. Each bedroom has en suite facilities with ample towels and bathrobe provided. Hot tub with coloured lighting was an enormous hit! Owners extremely friendly and helpful. A short drive from Llangollen. Dark skies at night provided opportunity for star-gazers. An ideal house for our family break-thank you.

We stayed here for a long 50th Weekend, 13th-16th May . 6 Couples, housed with ease in a warm, clean, spacious, modern and comfortable Farm Building Conversion. A great welcome and tour with great local knowledge. There is a hot tub and spacious outside area with all the home comforts. A short walk to the canal for a toe path walk to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and it's facilities, Llangollen centre or Castell Dinas Brn for the more adventurous !! Alternatively has great road links too for both cars and cycling. We will be coming back to this little gem of a place, thank you for your hospitality (and Max's company)

I booked this for my Husbands birthday for 12 members of family (6 adults and 6 children) for 1 week. The property itself was extremely clean and the linen and towels were fluffly and soft. The layout was perfect. It had a big open room where everyone could eat together, cook and relax infront of the TV but also was big enough that we could go off to our own rooms or out to the hot tub if we wanted some quiet time. The hot tub was checked by the owners everyday and was kept immaculate. The cottage I booked had disabled access for my mother in law who uses a frame and it had 2 rooms downstairs (1 twin room and one double) which made life much easier for her. Each room in the cottage had an ensuite which again made sharing a property with a large family much more comfortable than if there were only say 1or 2 toilets. Every family group had their own privacy and all had only great things to say about this booking choice. The cottages are conveniently close to the canal so many of the group took evening strolls up to the aquaduct and had beers at the Aquaduct Inn and Telford pub which would take about 30 minutes. Most things you need are within driving distance though and we would all absolutely recommend this place. I worried at first that with it being a working farm that there me be some farm yard smells but I can say I was absolutely wrong. The air was clear and fresh and the views surrounding this are astonishing.
