        Lovely cottage in a lovely area . However the tired lounge furniture and mish mash of student type tables and chairs make this look jaded and cluttered. Far too many chairs and tat around. Less would be far more homely. Dreadful gloss coffee table nest ,completely opposite the house age style wicked sharp corners for the manoeuvre course, which is the lounge. Huge tear in the settee. Very dated storage unit in the dining area . A good declutter would make a massive difference Bad leak from the flat rough in heavy rain. But I'm sure that can't be helped Bring your own logs for the first night or no open cozy fire. Good points, lovely bedrooms and bathroom. Beds are comfy. Decor upstairs is really appropriate . Heating very efficient. Shower really good. A lovely place with some tlc .
