        Beautiful Nature Reserve in Wales with a very welcoming and friendly staff in the cafe and shop. Plenty of routes to walk for all levels of fitness and places to stop for a rest. There is also Ospreys nesting and they often have a wildlife charity with binoculars to help you see them. You can also drive round the lake if you are a little less mobile. There is boat hire, bike hire and you can even go fishing. Lovely peaceful place.
