My wife, myself and our dog stayed in the Hoot tent for a weekend in July 2022. Communication before arrival was above and beyond, with the host providing plenty of information about the stay, the facilities, food options and such with great clarity. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating, every detail was thought out and we felt really well looked after throughout our stay. We stayed in the Hoot tent, which is well equipped and sleeps 6, so for us was more than large enough. We paid a bit extra to have breakfast both mornings - an eggs benedict and a full welsh breakfast, both were superb. Tracey makes the welsh cakes fresh every day and they're incredible. On the Friday night we also did the pizza experience which was a lot of fun and highly recommended, James is incredibly knowledgeable on everything pizza, so we cooked and ate some superb pizza but we also got some interesting backstory and history on pizza which was pretty cool. I can say with full confidence that our dog Hailey had the best weekend of her life, she was never bored and loved roaming and playing around the site with the other dogs. There are lots of places nearby to take the dog for a stroll too. Overall, a really good stay. We're thinking of returning next year.
