Nant Barns Luxury Self-Catering

Lovely relaxing stay. Well appointed accommodation with some nice luxury details, stunning view of the sea. Shame the picture window in the snug isn't bigger or bifold doors instead, as only the 3 people on the sofa can see the view, which was a shame when there's 5 of you staying. There's a nice walk up the hill (turn left out the driveway) which takes you to really good views of the surrounding area at the top. It's VERY steep which was a nice challenge but not too much - my dad managed it and he's in his 70s. The only small slight disappointments were that the freezer didn't seem to work properly - it wasn't cold enough, so our ice cream defrosted and we couldn't see how to turn it up. Conversely, the under fridge in the kitchen was too cold and froze all the salad we bought so that had to be thrown away If only we'd known, we could've just switched appliances The other minor irritation was the very cheap toilet and kitchen roll and the fact there didn't seem to be any surface spray for cleaning the worktops. Not what I expect from a high end property but it was fine, we just bought our own. Everything else was lovely and it was nice and clean when we arrived, beds were comfy and rooms were spacious and well appointed. I would recommend and would stay again
