Do not use this company. Our experience was horrendous. The water from the well was orange, when we asked for their help they did not respond. When we pushed because the people in our holiday cottages were complaining and we were certain our water system was suffering from sediment they still didn't respond. In the end I rang the owner who sold us the service and asked his help explaining we were at our wits end. He shouted at me, said it wasn't their responsibility and told me not to threaten him. We gave up and have since gone to another company. The well they drilled dried up in the summer anyway. Horrendous company, do not touch with a barge pole. Contacted this company as we had no water coming thru our taps,they arrived checked our borehole and we still had water.The owner stated he would put in new pipework and a pump down the borehole,which would prove to work.I paid thousands in full and we have had nothing but problems.Tried to talk with the owner who makes threats and will not sort the mess out,we have brown water coming out the taps and my tanks in the loft are full of brown water and sedament,twice we have had to recontact them and twice the owner has been aweful,today has been no exception he will not come out and rectify so I have stated I'm putting this over to trading standards but he is far from bothered..Do not use this company there are plenty more around..
