Lovely cottage in nice location. Owners house next door. In about 12 acres including woodland. Didn't get chance to explore as very wet and muddy (non stop rain most of week) but can imagine its a lovely place to explore when its dry! Cottage comfortable and can sleep 8 but only a toaster for 2!! Nice to have dishwasher and open fire if needed. Can imagine nice place for families to retreat to as very kid friendly. Nice chip shop in local village which has a convenience store. Would stay again, hopefully in better weather!

Beautiful place. The cottage is warm with a nice rustic fireplace if you so wish to use it. The bedrooms are nice and large and the bathroom has a good shower. There are good facilities for cooking and there's even a barbeque for those evenings when it's not too cold. I had lovely time there and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in the West Wales countryside.

The location is great, hosts next door but unobtrusive, bedrooms roomy, beds comfortable, bedding nice, however.... "parking space for 4 cars" was just big enough to do a 3 point turn with our Seat Alhambra, and is the "courtyard" for BBQ and sitting out with picnic table which only has 4 chairs. Kitchen is equipped with basics BUT only 1 frying pan, 1 baking sheet, 1 rusty tray and small oven with only two shelves. There are 3 nice new saucepans however and a brilliant set of knives in knife block. DO NOT order a weeks worth of food for a family of 6 as the fridge is small, under the counter style and there is only 1 small cupboard with narrow shelves for foodstuffs. Although it has 4 bedrooms and up to 7 can stay there are 6 chairs at the table and we kept running out of knives and having to wash up in between dishwasher loads. The biggest drawback however is that the "family bathroom" has the ONLY toilet so we had to limit bath/shower time and work a rota for the 6 of us.
