Katie the pharmacist and the the staff have all been so kind and helpful over the last 2/3 years. I feel for them at times as they are so extremely busy- stressed perhaps but never rude. Thank you

We were on holiday and ran out of medication. The ladies were great and pharmacist sorted us out quickly. Good friendly service, thank you.

Do I really have to give them any stars at all? Step in to Rowlands Pharmacy, Llangefni and you will think you're stepped back to the 80s. Dim lighting, old fashioned shelving and layout. 7 people waiting for their prescription, no option to use another till if you've simply gone in to purchase something off the shelf. Rude staff. Boots, across the road, isn't much better when it comes to customer service either! Edit: Two further disappointed visits during end of December 2021. 1. Sent on an errand to collect an elderly neighbour's prescription. The Pharmacist kept coughing. Furthermore, she removed her face covering, kept of coughing and covering her mouth (on ocassions) with her hand whilst dispensing prescriptions! Absolutely disgusting at any given time, let alone a pandemic! 2. Entered the premises to collect a pack of home Covid testing kit. Was told bluntly that they didn't have any. I asked the staff member when would they likely get some in. She said "dunno". Very helpful! Looked to her right and there was a pile of, I'd estimate, 20-30 boxes of the kits! I guess they had been kept for staff members?!?

Sorry to leave a negative review. I have found on several occasions that this pharmacy tends to lock up and close before their stated closing times. Realise the employees are keen to get home and I am not suggesting they should stay a minute longer than the opening hours, but please think of other people that also work hard and need to collect pharmaceuticals at the end of the day. On one occasion I knocked the door and with some reluctance a staff member did accommodate me, but really made me feel like I was putting them out. Perhaps change the business hours if 17:30 is too late to operate?
