        The guys and girls at AAH today at Slateman were all without exception just superb. They made every effort to help me out when I had troubles that were nothing do do with the event organisation. Special mentions to Adam, Kelly and Billy all of whom really went out of their way and went the extra mile. And the event itself was superb, tough but superb. Ill be back as I have unfinished business!!!

        I completed the Tour de Mon 106 mile route in Anglesey. The event was was very well organised and highly enjoyable. The organiser 'Always Aim High' did a great job at organising the event. I highly recommend it. Distance and elevation in photo attached.
