I've used this shop lots of times and always been happy with the customer care, however during the Easter break I was shopping in there for a black coat for my aunts funeral, I found a lovely jacket clearly marked 4.99 I was unsure of wheather to buy or not as money is very tight right now but thought It perfect for the purpose so took it to the till along with a few other things my friend was buying, I paid on my bank card for us both and was shocked at the amount, thinking my friend had bought more than I'd realised and knowing she was paying me back I didn't mention it, but as we walked around Llangefni my friend took her things out of the bag and I asked what had been so expensive, she told me her things only came to 4.00, I couldn't understand until we realised I'd been charged 14.99 for the jacket, my husband took it straight back to the shop where the manageress was very rude and refused to give our money back, after returning the jacket to the rails she give him a credit note for 14.99 and said we had 3 months to use it, we didn't argue even though that money was ill afforded, a week later my husband went back into the shop to inform them I'd mislaid the credit note but knew the date and time we'd been in the shop, the nice gentleman checked their copy in the credit note book and mine was right there on the top page, my husband verified it and then the manageress came out and very rudely said she would do nothing without my copy even though my husband showed id, she was absolutely horrible and is a very bad impression for the shop, we have basically given her 14.99 for nothing, we are telling everyone to never use there again purely because of her. I'm so very angry and upset at loosing the money I just can't afford

Llangefni branch is never open when it should be! I have been welcomed by a locked door 3 times in the last 2 weeks. This morning (Thursday, 13 October) at 9.45am I thpigh I'd stop for a few books. Te door was locked and 2 members of staff approached the shop and let themselves in by key but locked up behind them leaving myself and two other shoppers on the street with no explanation! Disgrace!

We were treated very rudely by a woman in the shop last week. We were dropping off a couple of bags. Not only did she begrudgingly accept them but kept say ing no books, no books. It was only good a quality clothes. Most unworn. Don't worry, we won't try to give her any more of our clothes. They will go into the recycling which is easier than trying to park near the shop!
