        Superb. Friendly staff who know their job inside out. Took my watch for a full service as hadn't had it done for many years. Mine is a 30 year old automatic chronograph and it's like new.

        Jewelry finally returned. By someone else but still. Sorted Peter has had jewelry of my wife since I sent it to be mended back in 2020. He is now uncontactable, there is no answer on the phone and I am fearing that he has stolen unless someone can update me on what has happened to him and how to get in touch?

        I had an issue with a Tudor watch made by Rolex. I visited their Watchmaker in London Headquarters who gave me the bad news that they could not repair it. I was recommended to Peter Rowe who were able to repair the watch and ten years later it is still working. Over the years I have returned to them with other timepieces and they have always provided an exceptional service.
