        Totally fantastic. Lisa is amazing. When I to see Lisa i was in quite a bit of pain. When i left i was pain free. I was given excellent advice about what to do to continue my rehabilitation. Thank you

        When I first attended appointment with Jen I was in pure agony, but 5 sessions later I am pretty much pain free now. Would highly recommend Jen to anyone and can't thank her enough for getting me to where I am now.

        My partner and I have been seeing Jen for 6 months now. For me, after having my second baby and breast feeding. My neck was very sore and stiff. I had big knots in my shoulders from picking up the kids and feeding my babies. I also weight train 5 days a week and kept getting injured due to the problems with my neck and back. I feel like a new women now Jen is amazing. I am no longer in pain and feel back to my old self again. Jen gave me some great stretches to do daily which have worked brilliantly alongside her therapies. My partner also weight lifts and has a bad neck. His job is very physical too. Jen has treats him, he is recovered from his aches and pains. I would highly recommend Jen for any aches and pains you have, she is the lady in Angelsey to see!
