Don't know where to start. I couldn't praise both of you enough. You made Mum's big day perfect, it was beyond belief what a brilliant day you put on for our mother. I will never forget how you captured everything mum was about, from her wicker casket covered in sunflowers to the playing of the ink spots song on leavingthe crematorium. My family couldn't recommend you more highly. Thanks for all your work and commitment and always being there on your what's app group for me and my two sisters. Dioch

In the midst of our grief for our 95 year old mother/grandmother, the wonderful lady that organised everything for us Helen, and I mean everything! was like a shining beacon through our grief. I actually felt like we were talking about someone she also cared greatly about, Such was the loving care we felt mum received from her. Nothing too much trouble, and the whole place is just so beautiful, I kept saying ohh mum will be loving this!!! Helen also dressed mum telling us how lovely she looked and that mum was happy. The back holds a beautiful restored church, giving the whole place such a spiritual feeling of love and peace. We asked would we be able to decorate the beautiful wicker casket wed chosen with wildflowers, of course no problem was the answer, and when next morning (day of the funeral) Helen rang me upset that the flowers had all wilted despite the soaking wed given them, She quickly said please dont worry Ill sort it best I can. And she did! It looked so beautiful. The whole service was just so special. We honestly could not have received more loving care and consideration if they had actually been part of our family. 10 out of 5 stars, and thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts for everything

Our father Owen John Thomas, who was born and raised in LLangefni, had moved to England later in his life. When he passed we knew that he would want to go home. Arwel and all of his staff were absolutely wonderful. As we live in England we obviously weren't local but the support and help they offered was second to none. As much as it's a very difficult and upsetting time, they made the whole process so much easier, the distance didn't matter. Dad is home where he always wanted to be. Cannot thank them enough for their services. Would efinitely reccommend to anybody whose looking for a funeral directors. Thank you all.......
