Tal Y Bont Surgery

All staff, have always been pleasant & helpful. Drs have been very good, & the nurse was lovely when I had a blood test. It is a busy practice, & phone lines do get busy. All the appointments had been taken once when I called, but If it had been urgent I would have been able to call in the afternoon & be allocated an emergency appointment; so this was no bother to me. Every other time I have been able to get a same day appointment, with no problem. Diolch Tal Y Bont. Youre alll doing a fantastic job, through the pandemic.

Very unhelpful try explained with backs pains and neck, shoulders pains all they did is take my blood test instead of checking my pains also have ask for help so many times with living conditions from my apartments with wet floors, roof and black mold, i wanted show them proof of pictures to send to council for my health concern and i get different answers ( i had to see the doctors, then next answer was i had to talk to physiotherapist know was told i had to send pictures by email

Overall very negative experience. Many of the receptionists are rude and condescending with one in particular speaking to you like you're a 3 year old. Some of the doctors equally condescending, no time for listening to the patient or hearing their concerns. Doctors poorly equipped in dealing with sensitive issues like anxiety and depression, more concerned with rushing you out the door! Regretful to say my experience of this practice has been mainly negative all round.

Poor choice of doctors. The staff are rude and it is impossible to ring for an appointment as they don't answer the phone
