Medic 1

Medic 1 supplied staff for the Brutal Extreme Triathlon, Seriously Brutal Duathlon and The Big Brutal Swim over our event weekend in September based at Llanberis. The communication with Medic 1 prior to the event was great. The team of Medics turned up and looked extremely professional with smart uniforms, vehicles and an Ambulance with Blue Light capability. At short notice they were able to supply some extra Medics for us. The team that arrived were super friendly, engaging and professional dealing with changing scenarios and needs. We received great comments of appreciation from athletes and crew. We will certainly have them with us again at our events and I couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you Team!

Very professional service arranged Covid test for travel & results within 24 hours. Took all the stress out of this aspect of the procedure for meeting the 72 hour rule which is almost impossible to arrange to tie in with flight arrangements particularly at short notice. Will definitely use again. Tony

Excellent - Medic1 literally rescued me from Sheffield after I seriously injured my knee. NHS Ambulances were fully committed for several hours with life-threatening cases and I knew from past experience that the injury would need urgent surgery. From contacting Medic1 at just after 13:00 they were able to dispatch a crew, collect me from Sheffield at 18:00 and have me at a local hospital in N Wales before 23:00 where I received surgery the following morning at 0930. The dispatcher and crew were very professional all the way through the process and I dread to think how things would have worked out without them. I cannot recommend Medic1 highly enough.
