        Stopped access to my Account without warning then hid behind terms and conditions wouldn't give any answer just told wait for Letter. Happening to thousands of Business and Personal Customers without warning, Google it, AVOID AND MOVE BANKS NOW!!!!

        Probably the UK's Best Bank tbh, despite the ongoing 2007/8 to the current day credit / banking crisis; partly due to the 'continued banking and financial operations' of a, 'frictionless' UK Banking System! :/ Cash Boxes / more 'cash in the hand' / 'friction' etc in the home needed I think, coupled with more personal financial education and discipline! I have personally learnt this the hard way! :/ Best to you! :)

        Required a bank transfer to pay for the purchase of a vehicle we were told it was not possible under the current situation that we would have to transfer cash from a savings account to a current account and then pay the garage over the phone with a bank card ,the garage would not take payment over the phone for the amount required therefore we had to travel 30 mins to the garage to pay in person appalling service
