        Tried to book a taxi, the lady that picked up the phone was very rude. I just enquired about pre booking a taxi back from a local pub ( I was giving 7 hours notice). She said she Couldnt do it, i asked politely if maybe another time might be possible, i was met with a blunt NO and then sheliterally hung up the phone.

        I booked a taxi for last night to take friends home from a party at my house. The driver was fabulous He was friendly and looked after them. thank you so much

        Very unprofessional business I was on the phone for only 1 minute and it was an awful experience. I thought the dragon on the flag picked up the phone Rude cant even sort out a taxi for 9pm 5
