        Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The foot was a bit hit-and-miss: we fish starters were nice and refreshing, the mains were very heavy and unbearably salty and desert has a nice flavour combination but a very odd texture.

        We are very lucky to have this outstanding restaurant so near to us!.I took my wife and in laws there for a birthday supper and was delighted with the attentive service and outstanding menu. I can highly recommend the food especially the loin of venison and accompanying faggot! My wife and her parents had a lovely evening in an amazing barn.
