        Spent 28 days here from Dec 13 to Jan 10 in the 'month in the country' special offer. A super 28 days. Weather was mixed but that contributed to the enjoyment. As long as you come prepared nothing will spoil it. The Sugarloaf cottage on the ground floor is roomy and has a great heating system. Hot water in the shower never faltered and WiFi is reliable. Julia and Peter stay on top of things in their own calm way..

        Beautiful location, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, walks galore and beautiful Crickhowell just down the hill with good pubs and cafes. Heaven. Julia is on hand to help with anything, including suggestions for anything you need, otherwise you are left alone to do your thing. Beautiful touch with Welsh tea, Welsh cakes and fresh milk on arrival in your accomodation.
