I enlisted Anstee tree felling to remove a stump from one of my rental properties. I was quoted for the job and it was carried out pretty soon afterwards. Unfortunately his workman left a mess in the area and no attempt was made to clean up even after I pointed this out. The quote wasnt cheap so I presumed they would at least carry this basic task out. Post completion there were then issues with the amount owed as he sent an invoice which was much higher than the original quote. Admittedly there was a slight delay in payment, that was out of my control. The worst thing of the whole experience was Mr Anstee turning up at my tenants door in an intimidating and aggressive manner which was followed by a threatening voicemail to me. Completely unacceptable when all that would have been required was a polite phone call! Highly unprofessional and would not recommend.
