We have been delighted to have been supported so positively and professionally throughout the design and planning application process. Linear planning have be excellent and instrumental throughout our complex application and we have appreciated and enjoyed working with them. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

We had Matthew design a two storey extension for the back of our house, which was complicated by various utilities for neighbouring houses running along and under it. From the very first contact he was extremely responsive, prompt and personable. He bore patiently with our novice queries and concerns about costs. He designed to our specifications and was happy to change things as we progressed in the process, and to advise us on methods to make the space better ie increase our ceiling heights within the restriction of wanting to continue floor levels from the main building. Communication was great and everything was dealt with very professionally. We put everything on hold for a year because of Covid but he picked it up again for us when we went back to him without missing a beat. Matthew put everything through planning for us, a painless process, and also through Building Control. Despite all we had heard about delays due to Covid all this was accomplished within weeks. When we had to go back to him after he had completed his contract with us, to help us negotiate queries about a Build Over Sewer Agreement, he again responded extremely swiftly and was really helpful in resolving the situation rapidly - if only all other agencies were so responsive and prompt! We have just started our build, footings are in are we are starting to come out of the ground, and are excited to see the final space. In short if you want someone to work for you in a prompt, efficient and precise manner, someone who knows the process and the people in various agencies that carry out those processes, then we would certainly recommend Linear Planning to you very highly. A year to the day after we started despite Covid and Brexit delays we had everything signed off and we are enjoying living in our new space. We have even managed to do the outside landscaping. It is even better than expected and making a positive difference to our lives. Matthew designed an excellent set of spaces for us. Thank you again!
