Click Convert Marketing

Not the company they once were. My feed stopped working twice in the past six months and no one at clickconvert noticed. They simply put my account on autopilot and took my credit card payments. When I brought it to their attention, they asked for access to my account. They have had it for over a year! They've had so much turnover, they don't even know who had access to my account. Jamison offered to "pause" billing on my account. lame. They've cost me tens of thousands of dollars and the best he could do was "pause" billing until they could figure out which of their employees was supposed to what with my account.

Click Convert are simply amazing at what they do! Incredibly efficient and supportive in our company needs. We have been working with them for over a year now, regular online google ads training calls with Danielle have seen our Google Ads and business go from strength to strength. With a goal of having all our google ads/marketing in house Click convert have provided an amazing training program to help us learn and implement to our own business. We recently had a team member go to the Click Convert office, for a two day training course which again they found incredibly useful and it has added to their knowledge and ability to manage our google ads in house! Big shout out to Danielle and Dan for their one to one professional Training courses delivered to our member of staff during these days.
