Beautiful cosy cottage. James, the host is great. Everything you need is there, even down to salt/pepper. The beds were really comfortable and bath/shower were excellent. Plenty of soft fluffy towels.. Up to date washing machine/tumble dryer... Highly recommended.. Cons were there is no back door leading to garden so couldn't leave door open to leave dogs roam in and out.. Paddock is great for the dogs but needs some sort of seating up there expecially in sunny weather, to have a break (for us oldies) Can't wait to book again.

The Barn is a treat. Black skies, quiet roads and lovely landscapes.. was a delight to see red kites soaring on a bright Oct morning. James is a super host. He's there if needed, friendly and helpful. The cottage is comfortable and a real home from home. Wonderful to go where your dogs are truly welcome....[please clean up, so as not to ruin for others] I'd recommend a shopping delivery, as it is remote. But the roads a really deserted if you need to pop out. Lovely walks around. Already booked next stay!

We went with our dogs and had a lovely time, very friendly owner and very nice accommodation, lovely views and very peaceful. All in all a great place to go!!!!
