        Had a composite door in 2015. In 2018 it started peeling. Tried to contact by various means. Telephone and several emails. Eventually because I had no success I asked my son who was a lawyer to write an email.Shortly after I had contact from Roy Thomas who said the company couldn't find his complaint. In the end I had a new door fitted 8months after first contacting. In 2022 the door started peeling again. This time he said send the Dimensions of the door and photo. I did that but no further contact. When I telephoned he blocked my calls. I have since used another company and what a difference.I was supplied with a copy of warranty and guarantee and a fensa certificate. I had no written guarantee or fensa certificate from Roy Thomas. Just a single A4 paper with what I ordered.
