Where to start, dropping young children at the wrong stops with no parents to collect.
Shouting at parents.
Swearing Infront of children and refusing to divulge which company they are and getting aggressive when asked.
A manager who swears down the phone rather than apologise as the council told him too.
The council have allot to answer for continuing to use such an unprofessional company to transport school kids! Beyond a joke
