        Golden Grove Retreat is a really magical place. I attend a yoga class with sauna and plunge afterwards and it's the perfect session after a busy week. The views across the countryside from the yoga studio (built into an old farm barn- reusing and repurposing like lots of things at the Retreat) are breathtaking and the wood fired sauna is always piping hot and makes you brave enough to try the (very cold) plunge pool. Louise is a great yoga teacher and the addition of the swings in the studio make for the perfect post yoga relaxation session.

        Gorgeous location, feels very remote and peaceful. Especially loved the birdsong and views from the studio. I have stayed here as part of a yoga retreat, attended classes and hosted a session too. All were fantastic experiences and left feeling renewed and refreshed. The facilities are amazing and clean. Love the plunge pool and sauna. Cant wait to go again, Highly recommend
