        Was 5 minutes late because my bus was late and they wouldn't see me. I have always had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to see me. Well they have lost a private patient. Going elsewhere.

        Great dentists but very disappointed they're not longer doing NHS patients and then when you sign up for their plan they don't bother telling you about the extra 10 admin charge to set it all up. Will be looking for an NHS dentist ASAP.

        Charged twice for the full extraction of one tooth. Drove all the way from Manchester the 2nd time. On the phone they said they'd have a look (because it wasn't fully extracted the first time) as soon as I got there told me I was going to be charged for it. Won't be going here again. They tell you one thing on the phone and another in person.
