        Theres so many wonderful things that can be said about Active Llan and Lisa! If you want a dedicated trainer who will help you to reach your goals, build a stronger mind and body, keep you accountable, bring all the enthusiasm to make you want to work harder and better well then Lisa is the one! Honestly I can say hand on heart that in all of the groups and PT sessions that Lisa runs she puts her heart and soul into and she manages to always make them fun and engaging! Ive been training with Lisa for nearly a year and I cant explain the changes which Ive seen in myself during this time! Thank you for everything Lisa! Keep us going strong and changing peoples lives! Diolch X
