        3 days for a doctor to decide when they will see you. What is going on. This medical practice needs a big shake up as something clearly isn't right. What are we paying for are health system for absolutely disgusting

        I had cause last week whilst visiting the area on holiday to need the services of the medical practice. From the initial first contact with a receptionist to registering at the centre, speaking to a duty doctor who then went onto prescribe medication and duly delivered to the local pharmacy where we were able to collect later in the day. The service received was outstanding and extremely professional. Thank you to everybody involved. March 2023.

        Have to say, speechless at quality of care today. Phoned at 10, worried for husbands breathing overnight. He was seen, examined, & prescribed appropriate script, by 11.30. The new system works.

        A complete shambles, it is close to impossible to get an appointment. The doctors should be efficient and we should be able to see a doctor face to face on the day of the call.
