Woodlands Anglesey Holiday Let

We've just had a fabulous 3 night's in this house.Twelve family members and everyone enjoyed every minute.Theres so much space fabulous games room downstairs in basement a room with its own bar,a spacious lounge with seating for everyone and same in conservatory. Great kitchen with masses of cooking utensils and the biggest dining table I've ever seen in my life. Very clean and tidy and the garden is magical the children loved it.The only downside was you have to be out at 9am on departure day,which I've never heard of anywhere and was very early 10am is usually a much better time but other than that it's fantastic. Rooms: All large and all with on suite,two with twin beds and rest all good size doubles.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at The Woodlands. We have stayed in many holiday properties over the years, visiting at least three each year, and we have to say The Woodlands was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. We are a group 60+ couples who enjoy our home comforts. Everything at The Woodlands suited our purpose, en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bedrooms were greatly appreciated. The living areas provide ample space for comfortable seating for all, whilst offering alternatives for quiet space. The house is lovely and warm and even though we were out all day, when the heating came on it warm the house very quickly. The kitchen/ dining area is a fantastic space, plenty of space and allowing the cooks to be involved in the conversations. The equipment in the kitchen is of a high quality and there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The house was immaculately clean right through, the porch area for dirty walking boots was great in preventing any sand, or dirt being transferred to the house. The location is fantastic, easy walks to beaches, village or local hostelries and access to the main roads to the rest of Angelsey. The views of the bay from the front bedrooms were stunning, we had beautiful weather! Although we did not really make use of the games room and laundry facilities it is certainly of great advantage. The parking on site was great and the beautiful gardens allowed for the early morning Tai Chi, I hope the neighbours did not complain!. The only negative, which you are unable to control was the blind hill, however the short drive to turn round and enter from the left was not an issue. Once again many thanks and we will certainly be looking to book The Woodlands again and I will be recommending to my friends.
