Due to the work Wynne and his team have carried out previously for me, I used Wynne and his team again to manage a full house conversion for me. This included major building work 'installation of a new boiler and radiators - water and electric underfloor heating systems - new bathroom - windows - doors - entire remodelling of the house - chimney removal - full internal insulation and plastering and full rewire'. This project like all projects of this size had a fair share of issues and snags. However Wynne is brilliant to work with and he always came to site to meet with us to discuss any points of clarification and he always sorted everything out for us. His team are really friendly and easy to approach and Wynne provided and managed all of the various trades which took all the stress away from us and the work was very fairly priced. I cant thank Wynne enough for his management of this project and his professional approach at all times, this is the person you want managing your project. I am happy to use Wynne and his team on any work I need doing in the future. I was recommended to use Wyn and his team by our friends. I contacted Wyn and asked him if he could insulate and plaster two bedroom walls in my home. Wyn came to see me at my home and reviewed the work I needed and also gave me tips and suggestions on the best way for the work to be completed. Wyn contacted me when his team where ready to come and start the work and they started on the day and time that was stated. they protected all my carpets before they started work and they did a brilliant job of the rooms and left the place clean and tidy. Wyn keeps you informed of what is happening and his team are very efficient. I have had issues in the past with other trades that promise to come but don't turn up, and it is brilliant when you get a building team that are the total opposite to this.
