        Appalling service. Over 500 for biomass service. Fails to respond to complaints. Biomass Okafen boiler started part burning mega amounts of pellets with pollution. Menai heating, who installed system over 6 years ago solved the simple error made when Mr Pym serviced. Having to send recorded delivery letter to try to get response.
