A lovely walk, it did take about 3.5 hours but that was only because i stopped and looked at the view . It's stunning. There are seats dotted around. Underground slippy in some places but the information board does state that. Beware though, it does get rocky . I would recommend doing the walk clockwise , firstly the end of the walk is flat but also the scenery is a lot more breath taking. My only criticism is that the RSPB could put some bird spotting information at the start of the walk. There is an area where anyone can sit and watch the birds . There were so many different varieties, and it would be lovely to distinguish what they were . Would thoroughly recommend.

Magical place. Thr path around to the cave is rough going and very committing so not to be underestimated. But take care and it's worth it.
