Very pleased with how everything is well organised and clean. Even the floors in the changing rooms are heated!!!
Talking about the staff: The girl at the reception is a start there! And the rest of the employees seem to be very nice and helpful.

We had 2 hours using the facilities, 5 steam rooms and saunas to choose from in the pool area.
We all had an hour Elemis full body massage. I can highly recommend Kelly, she is a great masseur, it was an hour of pure bliss. I also returned the next day for an eyebrow tint and wax, also with Kelly, I am really pleased with them.
