        A big thank you to the receptionist (I apologise I didn't get your name) who took the trouble to ring me back this morning and point me in the direction of your Gowerton Vet Karen. Easter Saturday and vets were thin on the ground - I was distressed as we had a very poorly cat that needed to be put to sleep and our vets was closed - we won't forget your kindness during a very stressful and upsetting time. Thank you.
