Shocking service, spoke to head office on the Thursday booked to collect van on the Friday morning for collection at 8.30, was called at 8.15 to tell me the van wouldnt be ready till 10.00 that morning, I was already on my way to pick the vehicle up. I sat around until 10.30 then was told they hadnt got the van I wanted until Tuesday. Then I had to wait for lift to pick me up. Never use these ever again.

Terrible service. They charged my card over 1k and I'm still trying to find out why. My last rental was back in November 2022!!! The manager Dan at the office is very unhelpful, not returning my calls. Shockingly poor service considering that someone at the company has ran my AMEX without any prior contact. I've never dealt with such incompetence. Don't use them.

Got car from them through AA one way to Preston. Agreed to drop off to the local branch near home address. There was a crack on rear left side of the bumper. When I went to drop at local branch they said no damage reported about this car. I showed them pictures with time and location. Then they let me go but after few days I received a call that send us proof of pictures. Bcz the branch you picked car up saying damaged wasnt on the car.!!! This is how they try to get money of you. Be careful when you rent a car from them. Look around of the car and take pictures 0 rating!
