        You will undoubtedly ignore this review. I am retired and regularly eat and drink in my local in Kidwelly. My landlord often purchases barrels of beer from a brewery which ships via Owens. On more than one occasion ( I would not complain if it was a one off) the brewery ships via Owens but Owens are unable to deliver. They do not advise the brewery (sender) or pub (receiver). The first the pub knows about it is when his customer (me) has no beer to drink. As pathetic as this sounds, just go back to basics, you promise to deliver and cant..but dont advise the sender or receiver? It is poor basic customer service. Not mentioned on your TV documentary surprisingly? Sort it out please.
