        Jason and the team at Positive really went the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible connection to the internet. Using tech not available with my previous broadband provider, Positive increased upload and download speeds dramatically. Highly recommended to anyone with a home or business in South Wales.

        Yes internet speed faster but so many drop outs and buffering. Phones not great either - sometimes unable to ring out and can cut out mid conversation. The people at Positive are very nice and try to improve it but i think they have been unable to offer in this area where i live the service they promised.

        Moved to positive IT few years back after I was very disappointed with a large national company. Jason and team took over lines straight away and helped us move our company lines to a different address with no down time. Now on sip trunking lines our costs have been cut in half
