        I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely appalled at the customer service, ordered from the app to click and collect to go pick it up at 6pm. First of all, on the app it said that I had to go collect my meal in 18 minutes. I called them to try and change the time, they said that they couldnt change it. I asked for a refund, and they said I had to go into my bank to get the refund and I had to walk down to subway to get the receipt. I had said never mind, and rushed down to subway to get the meals. They hadnt even made my meals so I had to wait to get them whilst given attitude from staff members. Once I had collected my meals returned home to find out I had a STONE in my bread. The person that had the meal had thought she had chipped is tooth, but it wasnt even a small rock it was fairly large. As you can imagine I was not happy, never going again!
