Fantastic service. All works done at the highest level. During the valuation, all options were discussed quote with final price has been send to me the same day (disassembly, transfer and installation of the boiler in another room + new radiator fitted). On the day of work, everything was done very quickly and professionally by Craig and his team. The team is friendly, clean, tidy, punctual, which is really appreciated and very diligent. Everything connected in a few hours, and the operation of the device was explained. Its not the first time that I called Craig and I know not the last time. - always happy with service, highly recommend!!!

I found Craig online, searching the internet for a local plumber/gas safety technician. He gave me a quote over the telephone for the work needed, was in contact with me nearer the day to confirm and arrived on time on the day. He talked me through any problems he found with the boiler, even taking the time to show me the issue online and was able to find me a good new boiler, install it and set up the warranty for me within the next couple of days. He has friendly, with a professional attitude, cleaned up after the work was done and took the rubbish and old boiler away to dispose of it himself. Job really well done and very much appreciated, would recommend!!

Contacted him yesterday. He was In today, found the problem. Item drove town, item bought and replaced same day. Efficiently done and well priced!
