        Agree with the other poor reviews. Terrible / none existent after sales service. They should not be allowed to offer this government grant service. Still awaiting a response from them as the heating system they provided is not working. Several emails and email phone calls and no response. Disgraceful. I will be contacting the government dept that deals with these grants and complain directly to them. Avoid this company if you can!

        None existent after sales service.They left my 88 year old mother with no hot water or heating for 8 days .No one answered the phone or returned emails IMO they are not fit to on this program. They also caused water damage to the flat below .

        Solar panel grant installation never worked out but eventually came clean and gave full refund plus 50 goodwill brucey. Very much appreciated. Thank you

        Stay well away - insulation grant still Ongoing after a year - bad workman ship came to rectify and its just as bad and now not responding / stay well away and get professionals in - they been paid by grant and now the work is incomplete - go elsewhere anywhere else but to these - the boss Frazer hasnt even bothered even looking at the work thats how interested he is in the company
