Awful aftersales service so rude and condescending had another plumber out now to correct the faults. Not my choice to start with as used by local builder but wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bad workman blames his tools if you know that the equipment is wrong to get the best results my advise is advise the customer before fitting them and when the customer phones to tell you they have taken advise and the problem can be resolved accept the responsibility for the bad fit and arrange to come and correct it. Also the leak under my sink was caused by your original fit so my insurance company will be in touch with you in due course. So much for checking for leaks before you left as you said you did.

Bocson recently replaced my boiler for me and done a complete refurb in my bathroom, installation from downstairs to upstairs, including tilling and painting. I found them professional, efficient and quick from start to finish. I would definitely go to them again with any further plumbing problems and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great work x x

Worst service ever, how un-professional and rude. Called to Paul (I think that was his name) a fortnight ago because my boiler had broken. He said they were really busy and appointment would be three weeks time. I've lived with no heating (hot water works ) for a bit anyway so made the appointment with the understanding that he'd call over the following week (a week ago) to check if it was def divertor so at least he'd have the part next monday. No sign all week so i called last friday to see when he'd be calling. "Oh, I thought you'd have found somebody else, I'll call you back in an hour". No response yet and I've been calling all of yesterday to both house and mobile but he's not answered or replied. Having waited a fortnight already, if you cant make it at least have the decency to tell me. Talk about un-professional. AVOID THESE GUYS PEOPLE....

Recently had my central heating upgraded to a combi boiler. I had 5 quotes and Bocson was the cheapest. Matthew and John were very pleasant to deal with and despite the job being tricky they managed to complete it in good time. 10/10 one very happy customer. Thanks!
