Having a big history of back problems I was nervous attending, but I was put at ease straight away. Warm, welcoming and very professional. The adjustment itself was instant pain relief for me personally, and I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended.

I am regular at 'San Griffiths Osteopathy' having treatments on numerous injuries and problems. The business is a tremendously run professional set up, where you are made to feel extremely comfortable by Sian. Her superb 'hands on' skills, fun and cheerful attitude, knowledge of the job and fantastic customer care are the reasons why I will continue to go there for my Osteopathic therapy. Though many injuries can take a long time to heel, I have come out some appointments feeling brand new! It's great to have someone that actually cares about both their job and the clients / patients. 100% recommend

I've had my 2 appointments with Sian. She's helped with my quads, it's been tight for years. I am seeing the results in my climbing, a lot more flexible now! She also helped with my achilles pain, it's definitely eased the pain after a badminton session and now I can walk without hobbling the next day. She's also helped with my shoulders and my calf, list is endless. Highly recommended, so grateful we crossed paths!
