I rarely write reviews as customer service is non existent in the UK so never anything worth writing about but these guys really do deserve it. For all single women out there who, like me, are often seen coming a mile off when it comes to getting work done on your car, I can highly recommend these guys. I had forgotten about my MOT and it had run out, by chance called Panteg garage to see if they could fit me in and they were kind enough to fit me in the same week. I had a broken front passenger seal belt and they priced up a new one for me. Rather than just replace it and charge me labour, they had another look at it for me & found a piece of plastic that was jamming it, I looked many times and couldn't see anything! Not only did they take the time to have another look, it saved me 200 for not having to replace the part and they could have charged me a labour fee. They ordered and fitted 2 new tyres for me and had my car back with MOT passed the same day. Very occasionally you come across really decent people running an honest business who are not all about the money and how much they can get from you. Really nice guys as well as professional and I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Service: Tires

I don't write reviews that often but I'm writing this one as Panteg Garage genuinely deserve praise. This is the only Garage I will ever use from now on for servicing, repairs and general vehicle maintenance. The service I received from them was second to none, and there's a lot to be said for honesty and integrity when running a Garage. The staff at Panteg have this in abundance. Thank you Steve and the rest of the team for the high standards you hold yourself accountable to and thank you for dealing with my issues promptly and efficiently. Great communication and quality workmanship. Add friendly staff, great value and outstanding customer service and it's a winning formula. Apart from that, they're all just genuinely nice people, which kind of helps!
